Navajo taco time on Friday

My oldest son is coming out on a quick trip to help move one of his friends up to Seattle. Of course that means a giant batch of Navajo tacos for him and his friends. I will be starting the chili at first light tomorrow so it has plenty of time to reach delicious. For those unfamiliar with this it's fry bread covered in chili, with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cheese, guacamole, sour cream, and my Chipotle cream sauce. Pictures will be forthcoming as things develope.
