Hi there, y'all! Well I'm originally from Texas, but I've lived most of my life here in Germany. As a kid I spent a lot of time with my grandparents. My grandpa was always smoking a pipe, and I just loved the smell. When my wife asked me whether or not I'd like to start smoking a pipe myself, I immediately agreed. That was almost 25 years ago... I now have quite a collection of pipes, most of which I use on a daily basis, though I have a few antiques which are just on display.
I prefer Danish style tobacco to English style, though I don't like tobacco that's been heavily cased.
I love traditional archery (3-D and field), and one of the guys over on the TradTalk forum told me about BoB. He said y'all are a great bunch of guys, so I decided to sign up and see for myself.
