In good shape too..except for the crack in the shank..

Many of the Tinderbox pipes were made by Charatan, especially their "tanshell" finished blasted pipes. That one looks a lot like what Charatan called a "Huntsman" back in the early '70s. I noticed the seller claims "no cracks or chips "  :twisted: :twisted:

Bummer. It's a nice shape and some sweet ring grain in that blast. I take it the crack is most likely causing the gap between the stem and shank.
