As much as I love the craggy pipes JT Cooke makes there is also a soft spot for the not so often made smooth ones he makes.

This Chestnut colored body against the stark beauty of the amber colored stem would not have been enhanced were JT had rusticated it to surreal cragginess, IMHO of course. Like the last Calabash I'm keeping it smokey with Esoterica Tilbury.

Great looking pipe and choice of colors.....marvelous. Looks like a flawless piece of briar. Your pipe collection simply amazes me, and I thought I had to many!! But I've learned through the years, one never has enough.
