Awesome! Well, get your hand healed and let's go fishing! Is that the Buffalo river?

lol my hands all good i was smokeing my holoween pipe amd did not have a glove so i used a sock to save it from being touched by my hand a d yes it is and i agree we do

Looks like a great piece of land you've got there, Arky! I'll never be able to buy anything here in my neck of the woods, so I admit I'm more than a little jealous.

Good to see the pics, and to see that sweet pipe dangling from your mouth.

Love the pics arky. Looks like a great property. Lots of water for home use, and looks like you've got good fishing there as well. Also great to see some pics of yourself. But whatever did you do to your hand?

And when do you plan to move into this property? Build a cabin there yourself most likely?

Nosey lil' SOB ain't I?

:bom:

Cheers,

RR

i was smokeing that shark bone pipe i won and was told not to touch the pipe so i stuck a sock on my hand and plans are to start working tward getting up there and ya i plan to get a sawmill and make lumber to build we have 30 acers

What a beautiful piece of land! I'd love to move out into the boonies, but my wife would never agree.

Arky, good to see you smoking the Halloween pipe! It looks good on you! Oh, and there is no prohibition against holding the pipe, it'll just color a bit inconsistently and not stay white long. You kinda won a high maintenance pipe! I claim 100% responsibility for that one.

man im honered i actualy saved it to smoke today for the first time at the land closeing plus really i wanna see how it turns out with no hand oils

Great pictures. Reminds me of the land we used to own in Kansas. I miss it a lot, but now I'm just to damn old to enjoy it or take care of it. So, selling it was the better thing to do. Made some money off it also! Enjoy that land while you are still young enough to enjoy it.

That looks like a mighty nice patch, AND a river runs through it!How cool is that? Cool pipe, too. Take care.

Beautiful piece of land Arky. I always like seeing how different the geography is.  My parents have 30 acres of land in southern Indiana and I love spending time there.

A pole barn with a porch overlooking the pond sits atop a hill covered in tall grass. A small creek rests at the bottom of the hill, spanning from the pond and continuing past the western property line.  Mostly red and sugar maple with few scattered oak trees, the woods provides a beaver colony with the resources they need to build maintain their lodge and two dams at the mouth of the creek.
