Just curious, are you a cheese aficionado?
I like to pair some Manchego, along with raisins, dried apricots and pistachios with my Islay malts.

Oh yeah, love some good cheese. Just picked up some homemade garlic sage curds from a local producer at a farmers market. Outstanding. About the only thing I can't handle is fresh goat cheese, as I was forced to drink goats milk for a time as a kid. :x

Nice guns. I sold my Ruger twin to that one recently. Should clean out a bunch of others but it is hard to accept I'll not shoot them again.

Well, that is exactly what my father is coping with
right now. He's 91, and although still active, shooting
firearms is no longer on his agenda. All these guns are going
up for auction soon.
