Looks like C&D makes a blend called "Red Carpet" which has a great appeal from its description-

The perfect blend of Red Virginia and Perique with a touch of Izmir for interest, pressed and sliced into flake form.

Need to get some of this in and check it out.

Wessex Classic Virgina and Classic Virginia with perique, McConnell Scottish Flake and Scottish Cake, Solani 660 silver label...

My favorite, Opening Night.

I found a li'l tin of that begging to come home with me when I was in Sacramento recently (I had a small "broke TAD" and forwent grocery shopping this week :lol: :lol: :lol: good thing tobacco is an appetite suppressant when smoked). Though I really miss my Embarcadero, that one had my name all over it.
