I remember when I signed on. I wanted to do the Christmas thing but was too new to qualify (or something) and Carlos encouraged me and let me in anyway. It made a big impact on me. I’m a big proponent of “enabling” folks instead of impeding participation. D.L. here is a case in point. Let’s help him feel at home.
