So I was having the good ol' "Craptastic" day at work.... customers were verging on evil.... and I honestly didn't know how I was going to finish the day with out taking a top knot off someone and nailing it to my door jam..... I texted Zach on lunch to vent and to get it off my chest, so I could finish the day. He texted back saying stop over after work to pipe up and relax for a bit. I made it through the rest of the day and when I arrived at Zachs house, the man had a cup of coffee and his Savinelli already loaded with a box of matches setting on the coffee table for me... I HAVE THE BEST WINGMAN IN THE FREAKING WORLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! sorry I just had to let our fellow brothers know how great of a man Zach is! Zach I raise my pipe to you brother!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
As a result of living by myself, 2400 miles away from all of my close friends, I've learned to pack my pipe in the morning before I leave so that it is ready to go when I get home. No thinking, just lighting and smoking. It's by far my favorite way to unwind at the end of the day.
 
Good on ya Zach for being a true brother and helping thistle to wind down.
 
That is true brotherhood there. Sorry you had such a rough day at work mate, hope this week is much better...

A pipe with Zach is always celebratory..... It's also that time of year when I start getting cantankerous... I need to find a Bible study group to go to....

I'll hop a flight.. can you pick me up at the airport??? LOL. It is amazing what a person can make it through when they have good friends... Zach and I were tossing around the idea of a lil bible study once a week once he gets settled in his new place... I think it would be a good thing
 
yeah, if you want any recommendations hit me up. I have been a house church pastor, planter for 20 years. Something about eating together, and encouraging one another in the faith that seems to be good for us... hmmmmm wonder where we got that example from :)

Yes that would be a good thing - you can never go wrong with a Bible Study.
 
A bible study is going to happen. I just gotta get all moved. Thanks for this you guys. It's hard to find a friend, But it's really hard to find a friend who smokes a pipe that you could relate to so easily. It was easy to do that for him, just like it's easy to bring home flowers to your girlfriend... Maybe not the best simile, but if he was having a bad day, I'd bring him flowers. Not sure his or my lady would appreciate that.
