Sasieni Grosvenor Ruff Root Bulldog

This lovely little Sasieni Four Dot Grosvenor showed up on Ebay last week, complete with small and fuzzy pictures. I guess that allowed it to stay off the radar and I was surprised to win with a relatively low bid. The pipe arrived and I completed the easy restoration yesterday. I'm waiting to smoke it tomorrow, on my 53 birthday. Before and after photos are on this Reborn Pipes blog

This is my Walnut Grosvenor S, but I really prefer the tapered stem version.

Very nice, the Melton is a great shape. I'm becoming quite fond of these Ruff Root finishes.
