It looks a bit tall to actually smoke (though a mild virginia flake would probably be doable) but it is a very beautiful pipe nonetheless.

I've actually seen quite a few of these over the years. A member of my pipe club owned three in different stains and finishes. Beautiful yes, but practical? NO! Imagine the length your tamper would have to be? At least SEVEN inches anyway :twisted: :twisted: :twisted: :twisted: :cherry:

I dunno MB, but that Caminetto is gorgeous and classic. I love it!

I guess you could always just fill it halfway and smoke it, rim would never get charred
