Ok everyone, my time with BaBs is unfortunately up  but it was fun! Lots of blends I haven't tried and a few I haven't had in years. Carlos, the box will be on its way Monday morning.

Puts:
Dunhill Light Flake
GLP Cumberland

Takes:
Old Joe Krantz
Kingfisher

Sampled:
McClelland 2015 - 8yr old (Thanks for sharing this Mr. Houston!)
HH Vintage VA
Edgeworth Ready Rubbed - Glad I got a chance to try this talked about blend
AM Pipe
Dark Twist Sliced - Interesting blend, kind of tasted/smelled like I was smoking a good steak
Kajun Kake
Royal Yacht
Davidoff Royalty
Telegraph Hill
Stokkebyes Proper English (forgot how much I liked this blend)
Frenchy's Sunzabitches

Another great box pass, thanks again, Mike, for putting it together!

I decided to slip a few more things in just prior to sealing the box:

For trade:
SG Full VA Flake

For Sampling:
GLP Robusto
GLP Barbary Coast
Rattrays Dark Fragrant

:pipe:

Great pass Rail Man as usual. I'm curious to here your thoughts on the HH Vintage Virginia.

I'm glad to hear that it seems like everyone is getting a little more out of the sampling this year compared to years past. Thats what I like to hear, as to me anyway, it makes putting this thing together well worth it.

Carlos, no fuzzy slippers this year but it sounds like it is going to be a whole lot of fun. You might need your fancy tractor to haul it up and down the stairs. Or at least from your mail box. :lol!:

Very nice pass Rail Man. I wish I'd gotten a chance at the dark fragrant - never have tried it.

Very nice pass Railman. Looks like some good sampling going on for you! :D

Babs has arrived!!

Sampling a small bowl of burnt popcorn.....ummm...GH Sliced Black Twist in a John Crosby sandblast. It really does have a burnt popcorn taste. :D

Carlos - Heed the checklist! We don't want to have to send out a rescue party :!:

Safety rope
Hydraulic lift
2LB coffee can filled with Swan Vesta matches
Fuzzy slippers
Ventilator (if you're going to smoke for a week straight in the basement again)

Game on!! :lol!:

Well, I don't know what the rest of you guys thought, but that Exhauster Rooster must be fermenting. :drunken: :drunken:

I think if it airs a bit, it will be just fine. Smelled like homemade whiskey sour.

Smoking a bowl of Frenchy's Suzabitches. Great stuff.

Glad the box arrived safely! That black twist sliced sure has an unusual flavor though!

I swore it had some kind of booze topping but it seems I may be in the minority on that blend. Still great stuff.

Exhausted Rooster is quickly becoming one of my favorites!

Ok, I need to think about getting Babs boxed up. I just got down to the cellar. So that will be tomorrows big project.

I will give a full list of samples etc. But I wanted to say that this Art's Endeavor is pretty good. This Royal Yacht sampler tin is a newer version, and actually much better than the last time I tried it.

Hey Mark. Thanks for the generous sample of Dark Fragrant. You are a brother of the briar.

Smells dark and rich. Will be lighting it on the porch tonight.
