Sottish pipe makers

It's been a very, very long time since I've been in the group. But I'm back, and with a question. I'm looking for a Sottish Pipe maker. I know that narrows it down quite a bit. But a person from a Facebook group (Kilts & Culture) is looking a Scottish made pipe and Scottish made tobacco. Any info will be greatly appreciated.
