It's ok, I have gone non-Starbucks since 2001.   They are a sorry excuse for a coffeeshop.  

I roast my own and just switched from French Press to a pour over via Chemex after my cholesterol was on the high side.   Sometime I just head up to Cup O' Joe in Mission Valley near NCSU.   They have good coffee and a decent size patio for smokers.
