STG-Lane 1-Q vs Captain Black Royal

I've read a lot of reviews and information on these two tobaccos and am getting ready to conduct my own thorough investigation as to how similar these two are. Some say could they are identical...others, well, not sure...Let me know your thoughts...

I'm under the impression that the Captain Black blends all have an analog under the 1Q brand, only without as much PG. I can't remember what they are (is CB White maybe RLP-6? I don't remember). It's all anecdotal, though - no one "in the know" has ever told me as much. I've also never really sat down to see for myself - I'm interested to see what you come up with!

I don't think they're the same, but other pipers have insisted, oh, yeah, they are. Thing is, we're not doing side-by-side comparisons. Nice of you to volunteer.
