Busy in the workshop today when a parcel arrived. And lo and behold it was the C&D Burley Flake #4 gifted to me by Bruins, included in the parcel was a tamper and pipe cleaners (can never have enough of those). Thanks my man I will post a little later as to my experience with the blend when I have some quiet time to enjoy a bowl.

Just opened the tin and was greeted by a wonderful earthy aroma, after lighting up a bowl I could taste the Latakia, through huge plumes of thick smoke. It sweetens a bit the more you smoke. Initially it prickles the inside of your mouth, but a cuppa joe on the side sorted that out. I must say I am enjoying it. It's the first Burley Flake I have smoked and it won't be the last. It can be a bit heady if you puff to fast, but I really must say that I'm liking it. So thanks again Matt
