The 2 Faced Pipe

Getting ready to head out for my acupuncture session and figured I'd keep it smokey as I walked there. From Pipemaker Tony Fillenwarth is this whimsical craggy as all get out Billiard with Cumberland stem he call The 2 Faced Pipe. I'll be keeping it smokey with more of that luxurious Stonehaven.

I remember that pipe from the other pic, and odd as it is it certainly looks good on you Mr. Banjo!

When I was a young fella I once asked my dad why men didn't wear an earring like pirates used to, I was into pirates at the time.

My father told me my grandfather, great grandfather and great great grandfather wore an earring, with the last two actually being pirates.

When I did get mine I was 38 y/o and actually dreaded having my dad see it but when he did I was blown away with his response. He reiterated what he told me when I asked him about pirates over 30 years previous and added before he died he'd have one as well, that never happened but he was actually kind of proud that I carried on an old family tradition, go figure.
