I thought unions got started to insure safer working conditions and fair pay for honest work. But then again, we now have osha and the wage and workplace standard act, so why do we still need them?

I drive a garbage truck, no Union. We have municiple contracts to boot. My bosses pay me a living and GIVE me health insurance and reasonable benefits.

And garbage boogers are by far the worst lol. They start as filth and move down the gross ladder from there
