For the past 12 years, I have been working to become a doctor and in six months I will graduate from Internal Medicine residency and be eligible to sit for the boards. I was recently selected to continue my training for an additional two years in the specialty of Critical Care medicine, allowing me to work solely in the intensive care unit only seeing the sickest of the sick patients. My wife and I are incredibly excited as we prepare to move on to the next chapter in our life together. Wanted to share this great news with all of you!

Congratulations and thank you for your compassion. I know you will touch the lives of many in you career in both times of relief and sorrow. You will also face the saddest times in many peoples lives. Many you be blessed to do so with composure and grace. May the suffering find comfort in you presence. God blessings be with you Sir.

Adam, congratulations on what you've achieved. I wish you well with life's endeavors, all the best to you and your wife. Now, you both need to celebrate

Congrats to you! And admiration, too - the stress and pressure of that kind of job would do me in (heck, the stress and pressure of getting the degrees and licenses required to HAVE that kind of a job would probably do me in!).

A most honorable profession, and a great new chapter for the book of your lives! Congratulations!

Yes, well done Adam, truly great work. Be sure to celebrate!
