I'm guessing this piece is from the 1920's or 30's, not for certain. The bottom is cast iron, and the urn is made of some type of wood.....

Here is a vintage bakelite cigar lighter, probably from the 1930's. To light a cigar, simply pick up the lighter and tilt it, and the coil inside heats up very quickly.....

I have to agree -- there's some really fine things here, as well as lots of fun ones!

This item is a vintage matching tobacco humidor and matching holder for pipe cleaners. The cork lining does a really nice job of expanding when humidified, to create a nice airtight seal.....

A few pics of my sterling silver match safes. The last two are of Mr. Punch, one sterling silver, and the other brass.....

This one is designed to carry postage stamps.....

These two, are designed to carry sewing needles, but some folks used them to carry snuff, or other powdered substances.....

This last one, is a retractable sterling silver cigar piercer.....
