Been breaking out the vinyl lately.

Currently revisiting my 60's roots. Got Iron Butterfly going right now!

While "In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida" was their anthem and claim to fame (and one in which I espoused and played in bands back in the day) it doesn't necessarily do justice to the psychedelic movement to which Iron Butterfly was a part of.

They were totally innovators and free of the pop styles of their era. And they had their influence on me.

Music appreciation is subjective. And they are some of my roots. I moved on, but still have appreciation for them.

Steely Dan - Gaucho

Some new to me vinyl. I am learning to digitize and take it to work. I have a MAC1900 with a Maverick Audio Tubemagic D2 DAC connected to my laptop. Speakers are just a pair of old Kenwoods. Smallish floor speakers. But if I get another spare set of Klipsch, I will haul them to work. :sunny:

I really liked that one Dutch, actually liked quite a few youve posted there, but I do like redheads too which doesn't hurt
