Yard work is all done for the day! Enjoying a bowl of Gawith Hoggarth No. 7 Broken Flake in the deck in a bent pipe made by Savinelli for my local B&M. This is one of the first pipes I ever owned, and smokes great!

Started off with Bright CR Flake but it was tainted with the “Lakeland” sauce and had to dump it. Cleaning my palate with Tobacco Tavern Co.’s Thunder Road in a Jeantet foursquare.

Gawith Hoggarth Sliced Black Twist in a recently purchased Briar Works prince shaped pipe. Interesting notes of char broiled steak in this tobacco! Not sure if I’m a fan yet, but it pairs well enough with the Grangestone 12 yr scotch that I’m sipping!

Now smoking year 2014 St. James Flake in a 1980 medium bend black sandblasted silver band Peterson Donegal 805 Bulldog and a black vulcanite saddle p-lip stem.

A few minutes away from smoking Sutliff Prince Albert Match in an old grain relief, partly smooth full bend "V" shape bowl Preben Holm Ben Wade Prominence freehand with the letter A and the numeral 2 in circles with a black vulcanite stem and ferrule in the military mount style. Starting the morning off with a mystery light English mixture gifted to me by a pipe club member. Not normally into lighter stuff, but this is a nice “first of the day” smoke in my Peterson Aran.
