Close to finishing this bowl of Sutliff Presbyterian in a straight dark brown and tan rusticated Peterson 2023 Saint Patrick’s Day 264 Canadian with an Irish flag colored ferrule and tapered black acrylic stem. Listening the Braves-Mets game on the XM since our local Fox affiliate is still blocked in a disagreement with AT&T. I read this is the case for approximately 159 Fox channels throughout the country.

Good afternoon gents. Just home from the Cowboy Poets Gathering and having Esoterica Margate in a Sav Estella Non Pareil with Earl Gray tea. Bali, please quit talking about your ribs, you're making me hungry and all I'm having is sweet Italian sausage and green beans, lol.

My timing is good tonight. I'm close to finishing this bowl of year 2014 Dunhill Flake in a straight smooth 1960 Dunhill DR 137 group 4 root briar canted dublin with a tapered black vulcanite stem. And, it's almost dinner time.

Stanwell melange in a dublin shaped Dr. Grabow Riveria, push stem. I bought 3 tins of melange because of the description... I'm still on the first tin over 8 months later.

Dinner is steak skewers, potatoes, and brussel sprouts done on the grill. I discovered a cinder block deck footing helps get the chimney going a LOT faster than leaving it on the ground!

Relaxing after a wonderful salad, chicken legs and sugar snap peas dinner with strawberries for dessert. I'm nearing the last quarter of this bowl of KBV Prince of Wales in a straight smooth terracotta 2014 Sherlock Holmes Baker Street bulldog with sterling silver band and a tapered black p-lip stem. It's m'lady's favorite pipe in my collection. Watching an episode of McCloud. Community Coffee, neat, is my drink.

Enjoyed a big, tasty golden delicious apple, and am half way through this bowl of KBV Mr. Christian’s Kraken Plug in a post-1938 pre-Republic Peterson Dublin straight smooth X155 bulldog with a sterling silver band and a tapered black vulcanite p-lip stem. Nigel Bruce smoked this model in two Sherlock Holmes movies. If you’re interested in getting one, please contact Smoking Pipes and ask them to put this model back into production.

Decided to make this a Peterson evening so I am smoking Seattle Pipe Club Hogshead in a well appreciated medium bend, smooth brown 1950s Peterson 999 Dublin chubby Rhodesian with a tapered black vulcanite p-lip stem.

A Burley/Oriental blend called Wild Horse in a Peterson Kildare.

I received three pipe kits and a book called PIMO's Guide to Pipe Crafting at Home from Vermont Freehand. I ordered a crosscut saw, some rasps and files, and a good deal of sand paper from Lee Valley that will arrive next week. Here are the two uncut blocks of morta (straight and bent) and one of meerschaum.

The meerschaum block I picked looks like it'll make a billiard with a long shank. The morta blocks could make a number of traditional shapes.

I just want to say how much I like this pipe forum, and how much I've been able to extend my enjoyment of pipes since I've joined. You've all been great. Wish me luck!

Close to finishing this bowl of Erik Stokkebye 4th Generation Evening Flake in a smooth medium bend 2021 Peterson Ebony POTY 4AB No. 422/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink.

A third of the way through this bowl of year 2018 Sutliff Dunhill Elizabethan Match in my trusty 1970s smooth three quarter bend Peterson System Standard 305 dublin with a black vulcanite p-lip stem. This is the second Peterson I bought, and my first ever estate pipe in 1981. It got heavy use until my collection expanded, but it's still a fav of mine.

Last smoke of the day is year 2015 Mac Baren Virginia #1 in a three quarter bend smooth dark brown Made in Ireland (1938-1948) pre-Republic Peterson 367 with a 5 in a circle Shamrock apple military mount with a black vulcanite flared p-lip saddle stem.

Good morning,
Smoking a Winslow bent apple with Larsen`s 1864 blend and a Mc Cafe k-cup while the coffee perks. It`s a rainy morning here, 73 degrees. luckily for me I slept thru last nights rain storm, thanks to the pain meds I was on yesterday.
My wife wants me to tell the boss lady that I physically can no no longer work 8-10 hour days any longer do to my back issues. Sadly, she`s right!

Good morning all. Quite late to the party today. Slept in over an hour. Having my go to Urban Cowboy in a Lorenzo Old Vic bent billiard with morning coffee. Won't be out here for more than one bowl. Gnats are just too fierce. Gotta spray the patios again. Have a great Sunday everyone.
