Smoking my recently found Poul Winslow Lovat with Stanwell melange-mixed with Granger-it`s an improvement,but not worth doing again. The melange is just too bland ! Large mug of Community coffee to pair it with.
I did some research on my e-bay Ben Wade pipe, Some sites say it was made by Dunhill,others say made by Charatan.Either way,I got a really nice pipe for a very good price. So, I`m happy.

A busy day with no time to post. Had a bowl of Amphora Original in a Kaywoodie 13B. Then a short bowl of Samuel Gawith Sam's Flake in a Savinelli Trevi 320EX. Now another of the same in the same pipe. I'm looking for the Orientals. The bag smell is very good and the smoke hasn't lived up yet. I don’t know what tonquin bean smells or tastes like, but thought vanilla-not getting that. Need more time and maybe in a Peterson. Just received in the mail what seems like a barely used Tilley Outback waxed cotton hat from ebay at a good price.

Went to the casino after my Dr. appt. Won $18 on my free play and my food comp is up to $85 so had a couple of buck fifty tacos for lunch. Now pre dinner smoke of Drucquer Levant in a Charaton made Mountbatten. Oolong tea aside. Hawk just came through and scattered the doves but didn't see him catch anything. Haha.

Not far from finishing this bowl of Peretti Royal in a black sandblasted medium bend 2013 Mark Tinsky Coral 5 cherrywood with a smooth dark brown shank and bottom with a tapered black briar accented acrylic stem. Dinner follows this smoke. So does the D-Backs-Phillies game.

I'm approaching the last third of this bowl of year 2013 Rotary Navy Cut in a post-1938 Pre-Republic Peterson Dublin straight smooth X155 bulldog with a sterling silver band and a tapered black vulcanite p-lip stem. Nigel Bruce smoked this model in two Sherlock Holmes movies. Please consider asking Shane Ireland at Smoking Pipes and Peterson to bring the pipe back into production. Ice water and bergs is my drink.
