Sitting on the back porch watching the sky drip. 2 days ago it broke 70 degrees, possibility of snow showers tonight. Weather can’t make up its mind. Dunhill London Mixture in a L’Anatra.

Pipe of the day is this Dr.Grabow Color Duke. Quite by accident I found myself with a Dr.Grabow "collection". I bought a nice wire rusticated bent bulldog from an Etsy dealer, then the next day my wife's stepdad gifted me three more. Last bowlful of the evening is Lane BCA as I've ran out of everything else lol, with a glass of Jim Beam vanilla on the rocks.

I've had a very busy two days so I really couldn't post until now. Today's lunch was ten blueberry pancakes with a golden delicious apple on the side. Dinner was a salad, two big plates of spaghetti and meatballs with a bowl of strawberry ice cream for dessert. I'm passing the half way mark of this bowl of year 2020 Watch City Rouxgaroux in a smooth medium bend 2021 Peterson POTY Natural 4AB No. 6/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. Community Coffee, neat, is my drink.

In the middle of the below freezing morning (5 a.m.), I heard the bushy tailed striped cat moaning and moaning. I talked to it through the glass door, and when I thought it was comfortable enough not to run away, I went outside. It ran to the other side of the deck, and I continued to talk to you. This went on for almost ten minutes before it got so hungry that it took a chance and ran up to me. I held my hand out, it sniffed it, and it ran. As Sam the Scamp had been snoozing’ next to me, it must have smelled Sam the Scamp on my hand. I didn’t give up, though, because I knew it was very hungry. I called to it, and it came back, and started eating by my feet. It let me rub its head and back as I continued to talk to it. It didn’t show a speck of attention to me, but it let me rub and scratch it without incident. Still couldn’t tell its gender. I don’t know what will happen next, but I expect I will soon. I took several videos of this, but the forum won't let me post them. At least I have a few photos.

Passing the quarter mark of this bowl of Sutliff Blackthorn Shillelagh in a 1980s SMS eagle claw egg medium bend meerschaum signed by Ismail Baglan with a brown and cream swirl acrylic stem. The Irish whisky topping leads the tobaccos. It goes on sale Feb. 6 at 6 p.m. EST.

I poke fun at you periodically Jim, but I truly admire your tireless dedication to the "lonely ones". Winnipeg has trouble with several extended cat colonies, a direct result of careless and neglectful owners. Strays suffer because people make irresponsible decisions.

Having Casanova in the Legend.

Snacked a little, and am smoking year 2014 Dan Tobacco Hamborger Veermaster in a smooth straight brown 1950 Dunhill 48 bulldog group 4 root briar with a black vulcanite fish tail saddle stem. Watching an episode of Nature on PBS.

Friday night so I'm having a second helping of Casanova in the Legend with a pint of Granpa's Sweater oatmeal stout. Looks like the shrimp was good enough for a second helping too Bali! 😋

Seem to have developed a pattern btw Mark Twain and Casanova. Morning and evening respectively. Fitting, Casanova is milder but with very similar flavour to MT. Mark Twain has a bit of a kick in comparison.

I couldn't agree with you more. I don't say too much about it because those "people" make me angry. I never could understand why some people mistreat animals as they do. I have nothing good to say about that kind of disrespect for living creatures who only want love and attention, and will return it unconditionally. Those people could learn a valuable lesson by those they neglect.

The bushy tail stripesy returned with Sam the Scamp. They are obviously friends. I let Sam in to eat, and spent time with BTS. It let me rub it while ate, and then it got scared and ran. It came back, and let me rub it some more while it ate. Then, it got nervous again, and ran to the end of the deck. I followed it in hope that it’d let me pet it away from the food. That didn’t happen. I still can’t determine its gender.

Continuing my earlier post about the ferals:
Sam the Scamp was watching it all play out while standing on top of my chair. After that, he ate. Abner the Eager showed up to eat with Sam, and then hid behind m’lady’s chair to snooze. Sam got very relaxed on my lap. Daisy the Feral Princess stealthily watched the proceedings.

BTS came back for more food. I put down two plates for him and Sam the Scamp. BTS was nervous and walked two feet away. It let me pick him up and move him back to the bowl without it fighting me. This time I was able to determine that it is a male who has been neutered. Now, I need to give it a name.

Last smoke of the day is year 2014 Edgeworth Ready Rubbed Match in a late '80s, early 90s small bend medium brown smooth, unbranded Nording pot with a couple small rusticated spots, an amber colored acrylic ferrule and tapered stem in the military mount style. Cleaning a few pipes.

Good morning,
It was a late crazy night here, The trapper showed up last night to try and get the kittens/cats-she was able to get 4 kittens and the dad cat,1 kitten and mommy got away, she is coming back this morning for the other 2 hopefully. Sadly ,after they are all neutered they will all be back. At least they won`t be multiplying in my screen room!
Anyway, smoking a De Paja bent brandy , Larsen`s 1864, mug of freshly perked Yukon coffee.
Bali- I am glad to see that you enjoyed the honey shrimp, I make it often, because it`s quick and easy!
