Starting my day with coffee and H&H in my Rossi Lumberman. Heavy music next door from 4am on. Got up at 10am to find two police cruisers two forensic trucks and a fire truck parked outside my front door. Guy next door has always been a tough customer, wondering what mayhem has occurred. It likely involves his teenage son and that cannot be good. I caught the boy tormenting his dog through a screen door last summer and filming it. I'm sure no good will come of this.

This is precisely why I would like to move to a remote acreage in the country.

About a quarter of a bowl left of pre-2014 Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style. Watching the end of the Quiet Man, one of my favorite movies.

Now smoking year 2020 Watch City Rouxgaroux in a smooth medium bend 2021 Peterson POTY Natural 4AB No. 6/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. Gold Star Cafe 645, neat, is my drink. We got a blank scene for five minutes in the Roy Rogers movie we were watching on FMC. I decided to check YouTube and they had the movie there. I was a little surprised and very disappointed at how much FCM cut out of this one hour movie. They cut out one of the Ricky Nelson songs from Rio Bravo, too. Makes me wonder how much I've been missing from the other movies I watch on this channel.

A third of a bowl left of year 2001 Wessex Campaign Dark Flake in a smooth dark brown medium bend year 1924 Dunhill 136A double patent apple with a tapered black vulcanite stem. This tobacco is as fresh and moist as any vintage tin I have ever opened. Just finished cleaning a few pipes.

Pre dinner smoke of CS Shepherds Pie in a rarely smoked Jobey bent pot with brass and ebony ferrule and amber stem. Good pipe, should smoke it more often. Earl Gray tea aside.
I used to sell Jobey when I worked in the pipe shop. I haven't seen one in years. Your amber stem sounds interesting - is it acrylic?
