Just finished smoking year 2001 Wessex Campaign Dark Flake in a smooth dark brown medium bend year 1924 Dunhill 136A double patent apple with a tapered black vulcanite stem.

Smoking Peterson De Lux Navy Rolls in a Digby Orahood M2208. I believe it's a Canadian, but I'm not sure.
I just finished restoring the stems for a couple of pipes and lost track of time. Happy with four of them, but the fifth came from a real clincher. That one's going to need more work.

Hello from Athens-Greece, we have sun and 56 'F here.

Here is a trick from the Cafe owner (a member of the Resistance team) to bypass the restrictions that those damned ''Hygienists" force the government to apply. There is a gap so the external space of the Cafe is considered now as ''open'' and naturally ventilated so people can smoke in it.

Canadian: ovalized shank with tapered stem, Liverpool: round shank with tapered stem, Lumberman: ovalized shank with saddle stem, Lovat: round shank with saddle stem. Some people get into debates about stack to shank to stem proportions but this is a good general way to classify the "Canadian" family of pipes.

Got up to get a drink of water, and saw that the outside motion light was on. I looked out the backdoor window, and saw Abner the Eager on the doormat. I let him in to eat, but had to stay with him to make sure Harry the Hairy didn't bug him. By that time, I was wide awake, so I'm smoking Watch City American Cut Plug Mixture in the third pipe I bought ($1.95), a 1974 smooth straight dark brown French briar Hadley NEBPC apple with a tapered black vulcanite stem. Haven't smoked this pipe in a while. I had to move Harry off my chair to the couch so I could sit down, he didn't like that, and wanted to go outside. Big goofball!

Good Evening friends and fellow BoBs.
Just having a sly and cheeky Jack Daniels, whilst Mrs Z gets herself ready. Then we are off to the Village Hall, where our community is having a party to celebrate the success of the great flood clean up's of 2024. I shall be packing 2 Erik Nordings, and a Dunhill vest pipe, with a pouch full of the glorious Hobbit Weed. I'd also like to take this opportunity to wish each and everyone of you a Very Merry Christmas, and a rewarding and prosperous New Year.

Starting off my smoking day with a bowl of pre-2014 Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style. One of these days I may pick something different for a first smoke to see if anybody gets a fainting spell. :)

Enjoyed a tall stack of cinnamon raisin French toast with unsalted peanuts and a golden delicious apple on the side. Didn't gain as much weight from yesterday's off diet day as expected, so I figured I could have an off diet lunch today. Anyway, it's too wet to walk outside, so I'm smoking year 2020 Watch City Rouxgaroux in a smooth medium bend 2021 Peterson POTY Natural 4AB No. 6/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. Gold Star 50th, neat, is my drink.
