Never was able to sleep, so I'll start my day with a bowl of pre-2014 Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style. Maybe later, I can get a snooze in.

I heard the sad news that EGR will be discontinued along with most all the Sutliff and Mac Baren blends. I'm fortunate to have what I hope is somewhere close to a life time supply of it. I do feel sad that EGR's grand daughter won't get royalties on the blend after this March.

Good morning and happy New Year everybody!
29°f here in centeral Oregon at 8:46am.
This morning I had a pipefull of Watch City's 2024 holiday blend. I've got no clue what sort of tobacco is in this blend as the flavor profile is unique as far as my impaired nose can tell but I like it.
My sinuses have been completely closed for around a month and a half now and not being able to smell has really impacted my ability to smell and taste my pipe. Going to the doctors in a few weeks for it.

Enjoyed a tall stack of cinnamon raisin French toast with pecans and a golden delicious apple on the side. I'm almost a third of the way through this bowl of year 2013 Rotary Navy Cut in a post-1938 Pre-Republic Peterson Dublin straight smooth X155 bulldog with a sterling silver band and a tapered black vulcanite p-lip stem. Nigel Bruce smoked this model in two Sherlock Holmes movies. Please consider asking Shane Ireland at Smoking Pipes and Peterson to bring the pipe back into production. Gold Star Peruvian Macchu Picchu, neat, is my drink. Watching Bat Masterson with Sleepy Suzy by my side.

Enjoyed a too short snooze, took the trash and recycle cans to the street, fed three ferals and my cats, and am half way through this bowl of year 2020 Watch City Rouxgaroux in a smooth medium bend 2021 Peterson POTY Natural 4AB No. 6/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink.

I've indulged in a bowl of Oriental Silk in my Anton & Company Maplewood brandy and a bowl of Epiphany in my Brigham Prince this afternoon while I sorted out year end financial chores, packed Christmas decorations away, and watched Netflix.

Relaxing after a wonderful salad, chicken legs and snow peas dinner with freshly made apple raisin strudel and a small bowl of French vanilla ice cream for dessert. I'm passing the half way mark of this bowl of year 2014 Dunhill Flake in a straight smooth 1960 Dunhill DR 137 group 4 root briar canted dublin with a tapered black vulcanite stem. China Yunnan GFOP tea, neat, is my drink.
