Short bowl of C&D Billy Budd in a MM Park Ave with some hot english tea before I head out to the ranch to check on Cochise. Had to go to Costco to get another patio heater. This one is only 5 years old. The **** we get made in China just isn't made to last. Can't find anything made in the US anymore.

It was snow white at the beginning. It'd be darker if I smoked it more often.

Enjoyed a tasty lunch, and am a quarter of the way through this bowl of year 2016 Orlik Golden Sliced in a smooth brown medium bend Abbott 788 (Sasieni family era) author with a tapered black vulcanite stem. Gold Star Jamaican Blue Mountain, neat, is my drink. Posted two C&D Wintertime Reserve reviews at TR.

Smoking a new to me Bari Wiking. It is a long bent Rhodesian pipe? It appears to be in excellent condition! I gave it a quick alcohol treatment earlier just to be sure. The cotton never changed color which to me is a good sign. I disinfected the mouthpiece as well and it was very clean. Carter hall is smoking fine in it . I will try and post pics later.

Snow's supposed to stop, the dog became a plow when he went out after dinner. I had Peterson Flake in a small Peterson Army style with acrylic stem before dinner. Now I'm relaxing with GH Balkan Mixture in a Rob Roy. Indy racing starts this weekend, I may pay for Peacock, but then I'll get sucked into F1 for the Grand Prix series. Thankfully I'm overstocked with tobacco!

Relaxing after a wonderful salad, chicken legs and sugar snap peas dinner with a small slice of cheesecake for dessert. I've about a third of a bowl left of year 2018 Esoterica Dunbar in a smooth straight, dark brown early 1960s Lane era Charatan Selected 43 Dublin with a black vulcanite double comfort saddle stem. This pipe was formerly owned by actor William Conrad. Ice water and bergs is my drink. Watching a Tim Holt western.

This morning I'm having Pease Charring Cross in a Rob Roy along with Ethiopian Yirgacheffe coffee that I roasted yesterday. I hit the roast perfectly, depth of flavor with a hint of sweetness and no bitter aftertaste!

Smoking an Oldenkott with a 50/50 blend of Carter Hall and Lane BCA. The bca adds a sweetness that I personally like.
Freshly brewed 8 o Clock decaf coffee.

CS Figgy Pudding in a Don Carlos blasted bent brandy. Last of the TJ's winter blend coffee. Sun just peaking over the horizon. Birdies starting to come in. A nippy 26 but no wind. New patio heater working great.
