Starting this rainy day with a Beraldi bent brandy and Gatlin-Burlier Cades cove Cavendish . Freshly brewed Dunkin donuts hazelnut coffee to pair it with.

Going to plug, and start to break in this newly scored Savinelli Gaius 141.The bowl on this pipe seems massive, compared to other Billiards I have, and has very thick walls, also it is very tactile.
And so I'm going to plug it with Rangers gifted and awesome Hobbit Weed.
BTW the silver pipe stand I use for my currently smoked pipe. I've renamed Ranger's Stallion. In honour of everybody's great buddy Ranger107.

To be completely honest. Mrs Z suggested that I renamed the stand. She said one day. "You should rename that stand after your mate that sends you all that bakki" And suggested Rangers Stallion. I agreed and said it was a brilliant idea. I'm just pleased to know that she didn't know you was gelded either

Chilly 34 F and rainy on the back porch this am, but have my wool smoking sweater and a wool boggin on. Sutliff English Oriental 400341 in the Lorenzo Spitfire, with 8 o'clock Colombian coffee and cream. These types of days make me want really hot black tea to warm the innards, so it will be Typhoo Golden later. I'm not much of an English smoker yet, but think if all I had was this blend with its St. James perique, I'd be satisfied. May work on deck demo later.

Just passing the half way mark on this bowl of year 2014 Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style. Ice water and bergs is my drink.

This is an interesting thread but I would find it much more beneficial if we also had a short description of the tobacco. It doesn't need to be a full blown review but just a synopsis of how it smoked and flavors. It is cool seeing all the different pipes. YMHO

Almost half way through this bowl of year 2014 Astley’s No. 55 in a 1915-1920 straight smooth dark brown BBB Own Make 150 apple with a silver band and a tapered black vulcanite stem. Cleaning a few pipes while I watch McCloud.
