As most of you know Mikki lost the use of his legs, and 30% use of his upper body whilst serving in the British Army. The injuries left some shrapnel very close to his spine, and cannot be removed as it will either leave him paraplegic or God forbid worse. Occasionally this shrapnel moves and caused him to have fits and the most horrendous unimaginable pain.
This was the case as of Friday gone. And my husband is currently in hospital. I have been reading him your texts everyday because I know he loves your group. He calls you his new band of brothers. Although he is strong he is not able to reply as yet. But is on the mend and asks me to tell you to keep them coming. God bless you all

I received the tobacco yesterday and was somewhat put off by how black it is.This stuff is really good, I am sorry that I only got 4 oz. It seems to me like a sweeter,smoother Lane BCA. It has a mild fruity, chocolate room note . I am not very good at describing tobacco`s,but I know a good one when I get one!

Patsy, Sorry to hear about Mikki‘s (Zip’s) old war wounds creating such pain. I know he finds much love and comfort with you being at his side. I always enjoy the way Zippo writes how Mrs. Z spoils him with gifts from the tobacconist and antique shops. Both of you are a treasure. Zippo you get to feeling better warrior! God bless!
