Starting off my smoking day with a bowl of pre-2014 Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style. Ice water and bergs is my drink. Watching Mad Dog Russo, and planning another extra busy day.

Zippos gifted Condor in a Pete Kinsdale Rhodesian with more cowboy coffee. Very windy today. Ripped my American flag to pieces, so had to take it down and retire it. Have another one to put up when the gail force winds die down.
Good on you, gotta keep the flag looking sharp.
Suprisingly, it can be tough to find one made in America.

Enjoyed a tasty lunch, and smoked a bowl of KBV Breakfast Blend beta in a medium bend fumed tan crackled year 2020 Ahmet Govem reverse calabash meerschaum with a military mount silver band and black acrylic stem. Wrote beta notes. I also have a potential lead on a new home for Sam the Scamp and Long Tail. Keep your fingers crossed for good luck.

Trying out some 2ish year old Sutliff 515-RC1 in an MM Pride raw cob with forever stem. If this doesn't irritate my mouth much, it will be added to my Bluff Blend, and I'll cut back on the GLP Jackknife Plug in that mix. Hate to use the Pease blend as a mixer, but it doesn’t seem that great to me at its young age. The RC1 is tasty, and I get some of the things @JimInks says in his excellent review. Probably the the closest I'll ever get to McClelland 5100.

A quarter of the way through this bowl of KBV Handsome Stranger beta in a 1975 medium bend sandblasted looking, smooth on the sides yellow Pioneer meer billiard with a black ferrule and vulcanite stem in the military mount style. Writing beta notes.

Almost a third of the way through this bowl of year 2012 Carter Hall in a black rusticated medium bend 2021 Peterson POTY 4AB No. 437/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem.

We finally found a home for Long Tail. The man is making a two hour drive to get her. I hope he sees Sam and wants her, too, but I am doubtful that will happen. At last LT will have a safe and loving home. :)

Near the first third of this bowl of year 2016 Sutliff 507-C Slices in a sandblasted medium bend 1950s Reuben era Charatan Deluxe 11 billiard with a tapered black vulcanite stem. Watching the Braves-Tigers game.

Here's Long Tail with her new owner. Now, we need a home for her mom, Sam.

HAving a bowl of Byzantium in my Brigham for a nightcap. The hinge pin on my Zippo pipe lighter fell out today so I'll likely be shipping that off this weekend. Gonna look into it online. I sent it out once before but so long ago I cannot remember when or whether there was service for them in Canada. No matter. I do have a back-up Zippo but it isn't my pipe lighter, I'm sure you all understand. Have a good evening BoBs.

Relaxing after a wonderful salad, chicken legs and green beans dinner with strawberries for dessert. I'm almost half way through this bowl of year 2021 unreleased Sutliff Black Virginia Flake in a late 80's, early 90s James Upshall P DS Tilshead England Made By Hand L185 Canadian with a silver band and a tapered black vulcanite stem. Community Coffee, neat, is my drink. Sam misses her daughter and has been especially clingy since she saw Long Tail leave.

Enjoyed a tasty red delicious apple, and have passed the quarter mark of this bowl of year 2018 Solani 633 in a straight 1954 patent Dunhill 148 Group 3 black shell bulldog made for the France market with a black saddle vulcanite stem.
