Smoking some cobs and bent falcons with carter hall and backwoods red. I hope to post some more exotic tobacco blends smoking in the next month or so. The more I read about prince albert the more I think it will be the next carter hall for me (thats not the exotic tobacco I am talking about ) Coming into summer here so in the next week gota spend some money on the aircon in car as it has packed it in when she spat the dummy on a trip and over heated that resulted in a new water pump, radiator, thermostat and alternator last month.:( at least I didn't cook the motor,It is muscle memory to glance at the temp gauge regularly, gota love the cast iron block and head in the landcruisers, tough as a mallee bull, all good :)(y)

Work is done for the day, and fed all the ferals although I had to chase a possum away to do so. I'm glad I had a sweater on while I stood there to make sure Harry the Hairy ate his food. Daisy the Feral Princess is still eating, while Tomato the Brave and Abner the Eager are snoozn'. Abner's shown no interest in going outside since he came back this afternoon, so I'll leave him in. Short hair cats like him would rather stay warm in a safe place.

I'm near the half way mark of this bowl of year 2014 Edgeworth Ready Rubbed Match in a 1984 medium bend black grain etched Savinelli Non Pareil 9310 pokerish dublin with a horn ferrule and a black vulcanite flared stem.

Near the half way mark of this bowl of Watch City Queequeg’s Moby **** Series in a medium bend black sandblasted IPSD 2016 Mark Tinsky book keeper 5 with a square shank and a black acrylic saddle stem with a cream colored accent. Deciding on whether or not to have another smoke when this is finished. Enjoying quiet reading time.

There not as cute as ours Jim, the possums. We have a family living under the house for a few generations now. I would rather they would not, but so many trees have been chopped down around here including our big mango trees.I feel for them. Getting cold over there? send some this way (y)

I just got back from voting, quick and easy! Relaxing with a Bari freehand, Lane RLP-6,Mug of DD coffee. My wife is driving me crazy with this mini-van search. She has no idea what she wants and doesn`t want to spend the money for a decent one in good condition!

I bought a pair of these go Go
-Go pipes on a whim. Certainly didn't see myself smoking them often.
Again totally wrong. Great little pipe. Fits in a shirt pocket and sturdy as all get out. I put it in my pants pocket a couple of times to do work and it stayed lit between pocketings. I like that.
Smokes like a dream.
I just finished a bowl of Sutliff Maple Walnut in it. Great breakfast smoke.

Good morning BoB,
This morning, I feel like a dog's dinner. Didn't get the chance to eat dinner yesterday so I've had around 400 calories in the last 36 hours.
I packed my cob full of 2/3 Lane Hazelnut and 1/3 CB Dark but I haven't gotten a chance to light it and smoke.
I want to smoke my pipe, then go home.
Thats all for my complaining, things will get better soon.

Almost a third of the way through this bowl of pre-2014 Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style. Ice water and bergs is my drink. Fed all the ferals while m'lady fed our cats. Abner the Eager is still in the house.

Not much luck dating this pipe. They opened in1895 and I've found ads in newspapers from the 1920s as well as advert postcards from that time period. I'm going to date it as "old" like me. Probably older.
I've given it a good cleaning and sanitized it. Going to give it a try with C&D Engine #99. I've tried all the iterations of engine ### and this is my favorite.
Tonight I'll finish cleaning it up with microfibers and get it all shiny on the buffing wheel. Well a little shiny.

Great yard sale find for a dollar.

Enjoyed a tall stack of cinnamon raisin French toast with unsalted peanuts and a golden delicious apple on the side for lunch. I'm half way through this bowl of year 2020 Watch City Rouxgaroux in a smooth medium bend 2021 Peterson POTY Natural 4AB No. 6/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. Gold Star Hawaiian Kona Extra Fancy, neat, is my drink. Just got three blends to review.

A guy I knew was driving a 6 cyl diesel Land Cruiser in Honduras, when he noticed it overheating with the engine actually glowing. Cooled it down put some creek water in it, and the thing got them home. They are the toughest almost overbuilt (needed where they are usually the 4wd standard) vehicle I've ever worked on.
