I mean they sent me a bad pipe right?
You've got two options, call customer service and arrange to return the pipe for a refund. You can tighten the stem by putting a light coat of clear nail polish around the tenon and after it dries sand it down to fit. If you opt for DIY I would recommend searching YouTube for tobacco pipe stem repair videos for ideas and techniques.

Does anyone know anything about Falcon's distribution to the U. S. A.? Their website is not accessible.

I hope that helps Singed.
In the UK Falcons are a huge seller, and easily accessible. I have 12+ of them with double the amount of bowls, often given to me as birthday or Christmas gifts. If there is a particular style, or bowl you need, give me a shout and I'll get on it for you.

Anybody help with this? I mean they sent me a bad pipe right?
I agree with the previous answer from Bali, however why should you have to repair something that's new. Personally I would get on to the seller for either a replacement or refund....
Oh and welcome to the Brotherhood Kirby.

A very good afternoon my friends and fellow BoBs ☺️.
Finally having a bit of a relaxing day, before it all starts up again over the Christmas period. So I'm taking the opportunity to fill my Grandfather's Edwardian Gourd Calabash, with sterling silver trim. This pipe always give a long pleasent smoke. I'll be filling it's rather deep and large bowl with a copious amount of G&H Seasonal Reserve, and wish you all a great day my friends.

I would send it back.

About a third of a bowl left of pre-2014 Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style. Traffic copping the feeding of all the ferals and my cats took a while.

Settling down for an afternoon of football. Our son is taking the wife out for a cooking glass so this is sounding like a multi-pipe sorta day. Smoking one my mystery pipes (no one knows the logo) I bought at an Olympic event during LA84. G&H Ennerdale. My fave sparkling Richard’s Rain Water (shameless plug for a local upstart) within easy reach.

Enjoyed a Jethro Bodine size bowl of Raisin Bran with extra raisins added and a big, tasty golden delicious apple lunch. I'm near the last third of this bowl of year 2020 Watch City Rouxgaroux in a smooth medium bend 2021 Peterson POTY Natural 4AB No. 6/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. Gold Star 50th, neat, is my drink.

A third of a bowl left of Peretti Royal in a black sandblasted medium bend 2013 Mark Tinsky Coral 5 cherrywood with a smooth dark brown shank and bottom with a tapered black briar accented acrylic stem. Watching Going My Way starring Bing Crosby. One of my favorite movies.

Just starting a bowl of 2024 Never Ending Mix. First time today under cover so I will take advantage of it.
Big surprise...more rain. Oh well, going to try to get some cleaning done while I make a batch of split pea soup with smoked ham hocks and bacon ends.
