Enjoyed a tasty golden delicious apple, and my last smoke of the day (with any luck) is Wilke No. 515 Double Shot in a smooth dark medium bend 2021 Peterson Heritage Brown POTY 4AB No. 45/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. This is No. 515 with twice the rum of the Basil Rathbone blend. Reading while this bowl lasts with Sleepy Suzy by my side.

Starting off my smoking day with a bowl of pre-2014 Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style. M'lady fed all the cats except for the still absent Abner the Eager before she left to see her friend. I'm planning my day since I'm awake earlier than usual. Ice water and bergs is my drink.

Good morning,
Smoking a Savinelli 616 ks, Sutliff blue note, Large mug of DD coffee. I woke up very achy, but then I realized that I took a tumble on the concrete steps last night. It didn`t seem like much, I had iced my knee and elbow before going to bed. This morning both spots are purple and ugly...

Good morning BoB,
On my walk to work this morning, I had a bowl of Blood Red Moon in my mm cob. What an overpoweringly sweet blend this is.
I spoke with my wife last night and she agreed to do a daily exercise routine with me and allowed me to micromanage both of our caloric intakes to help her lose weight and help me gain more muscle. I have no idea how I was able to get her to agree to this so happily but I'm thankful for small miracles.
I have already made a spreadsheet detailing our diets broken down by macros and made a book for us to record our numbers in, keeping account of our progress and keeping us on track.
I'm going to have to get my sweet-tooth fix from tobacco like Blood Red for the foreseeable future.

My latest order arrived, various Cavendish blends from Lane: HGL, HS-3, BCA, and 1-Q. Put 1-Q in rotation, the rest are stored. Will run it through my Tomato meer for a first taste. Thinking of trying some Kopp in my April order: Anchor and Flame 1919. Any opinions? Will try some Gawith and Hoggarth Ennerdale, too. It's available at Thomas Hinds. May forgo the customs rigamarole and just get it locally.

I used to fight and making weight sucks. You can go crazy micro managing things. I learned a great tip from an female bodybuilder friend of mine. You get one cheat meal a week. Eat whatever you want in any quantity for one meal. It gives you something to look forward to. You don't feel deprived. You still get your favorite junk foods. One meal a week you go off the wagon. No one cuts or counts like a bodybuilder. It worked for me and my friends. Might be something to try.

Enjoyed a Jethro Bodine size bowl of Raisin Bran with extra raisins and a golden delicious apple for lunch. I'm almost a third of the way through this bowl of year 2000 VaPer Three Nuns in a 1938 straight black grain relief Dunhill OX Shell bulldog with a silver band repair with a black vulcanite saddle stem. Gold Star Peruvian Macchu Picchu, neat, is my drink.

Starting a bowl of Crooner in what I have always thought of as my Red Rossi Canadian, so I'm just gonna call it that. Been watching the series Dexter on Netflix and shamefully, I'm addicted. I hear the theme music in my sleep. It's characters are trashy and the plotline is outrageous and I'm hooked.

Was browsing on SP again and realize that I've been mistaken about Crooner from the beginning. I was under the impression it was a Va and it is actually a Cube cut Burley. Forgive my ignorance. I've been attributing the nutty aspect of it to Deertongue, and that the deertongue was overpowering the Va. Duh!

Earlier, I smoked a bowl of year 2012 Rolando’s Own in a smooth straight early ‘60s Lane era “William Conrad” Charatan Executive Extra Large stretch apple with diagonal channel cuts on the lower right and left of the bowl along with a black vulcanite double comfort saddle stem.

Currently, I am close to finishing this bowl of Sutliff Cringle Plug (Holiday Edition 2022) in a black straight, grain etched family era post WW2 Four Dot Sasieni “Appleby” apple with a tapered black vulcanite stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink. Tomato the Brave is by my side.
