Almost finished smoking year 2024 Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style. Ice water and bergs is my drink. The snow has stopped, and the streets aren't bad at all. I'll go outside to see if Tomato the Brave and/or Abner the Eager are around, and decide whether or not to do a set of walking reps.

Not far from finishing this bowl of year 2020 Watch City Rouxgaroux in a smooth medium bend 2021 Peterson POTY Natural 4AB No. 6/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. A very late lunch follows this smoke. Tomato the Brave and Abner the Eager showed up, and have eaten well. All the ferals are inside as it's cold and very windy outside.

Enjoyed two foot long pastrami subs for lunch with unsalted peanuts, and a bowl of vanilla bean ice cream for dessert. I'm near the finish of this bowl of year 2021 KBV Your Welcome in a straight smooth dark brown 1930s (Comoy’s) Canadian Club 230 eight paneled billiard with a tapered black vulcanite stem. Gold Star Jamaican Estate Reserve, neat, is my drink. Abner the Eager is laying on top of my chair. Cleaned a few pipes, and am watching an episode of Nova about Pompeii.

Getting ready to watch the 4 Nations Final - USA vs Canada. Should be a barn burner. Speaking of which, I wish a barn was burning nearby just to get some warmth. Hoping my Ser Jacopo R1 straight billiard with Mississippi River cuts the icy temps just a little bit. Missus has resigned herself to me smoking in the garage, as long as the garage door is open. Baby steps!!

Earlier, I smoked the last of a tin of year 2012 Stonehaven in a 2002 medium bend smooth brown Rinaldo EGEA 03 Silver line spigot 10 with a black acrylic saddle stem.

Currently, I'm near the last third of this bowl of year 2014 Sam Gawith Best Brown Flake in a straight smooth brown 1933-1945 Comoy’s patent Grand Slam 159 *4 apple with a tapered black vulcanite stem. Took a break from watching the Thomas Jefferson series to fed the ferals. Abner the Eager wasn't one of them, but the others ate well. Tomato the Brave is rather hyper, and m'lady's trying to settle the rambunctious fella down.

Half way through this bowl of Ken Byron Ventures Jim’s Special Flake 2023 in a 1984 black rusticated full bend Peterson Mark Twain military mount egg with a silver cap and tapered black vulcanite p-lip stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink. Sleepy Suzy has been by my side nearly all.

The Ls are done. I'm skipping Louisiana Perique. I'm not brave enough to smoke it straight up. Moving to M. Majestic English in a Peterson Bulldog.
I'm listening to an audio book with Chez sleeping next to me and Azula's in her chair.
Grabbed the last of my seeds (and a couple more 🤫) and I'll re-layout the garden tomorrow to accommodate them. I made 100 gallons of seed block mix today. Too early to plant anything yet. But soon and I'm itchy to get moving.

With any luck, my last smoke of the day will be well aged 4Noggins Bald Headed Teacher in a medium brown, smooth octagonal paneled bowl and shank, medium bend 2016 Tim West Book Keeper 6 with a black acrylic saddle stem. The shape was designed by my great friend, the late Art Arterburn. Art gave me a fair amount of this blend as well as the pipe. When I asked him when he bought the BHT, all he could remember was that it was before 2010. Sure do miss that man.

Filled my MMBB with Star of the East and watched Antlers, a horror film based on Wendigo mythos. I've watched it before, not really memorable. Ravenous, was a far better representation of the myth, the monstrosity of man as opposed to the man-become-monster.

Forgot to post...again. So it is Friday morning, I have coffee, I have my BAD cob and it has CarterHall. Ducks in a row...for the moment.
