Up earlier than usual, and am half way through this bowl of year 2024 Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style. Fed my cats and all the ferals except for the absent Abner the Eager. Ice water and bergs is my drink.

Haunted Bookshop in my BAD cob for my second coffee. Our weather here is swinging from one extreme to another this year, we are back to melting temperatures, not a good thing. Daytime moisture on the roads quickly becomes icy once the sun goes down due to hard, deep frost. Every night will be a road hazard now. A little moderation would be welcome.

Passing the half way mark of this bowl of year 2020 Watch City Rouxgaroux in a smooth medium bend 2021 Peterson POTY Natural 4AB No. 6/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. Couldn't post before now because Tomato the Brave was on my lap purring up a storm, and getting a lot of attention. I'm watching one of my favorite movies: The Maltese Falcon.

I'm a fan of both the movie and the book--John Huston did a great job with the screenplay.

I've passed the first third of this bowl of Watch City English Ernie-ental in a straight dark brown and tan rusticated Peterson 2023 Saint Patrick’s Day 264 Canadian with an Irish flag colored ferrule and tapered black acrylic stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink.

Been smoking my carved head collection. Tonight, it's Shakespeare. Still smoking Cotton's x2 pressed VA. I had a dinner of franks and salad. My drink is bourbon. Watching Reacher on Prime. The pipe is stamped Hand Made probably in France. It's a 50s pipe gifted me by one of my college professors. I can see Dr. Jim smoking this on his fireplace hearth. Vulcanite stem.

Moving into the Ns. Nightcap in a 1950s BBB large briar with rubber stem.
The generator broke this morning. A little troubleshooting by Basil and we figured out the brushes melted. Amazon to the rescue and we'll get a replacement tomorrow.
Still going to be a rough day in the rain with no power in a few hours when the Ecoflow runs down. Been there before.
Going to be an audio book day today and probably a couple of pipes. Maybe a nap or two to keep me busy.
