This afternoon I started a bent MM Legend Rob Roy filled with GLP Westminster while we were relaxing outside. My after dinner smoke is GLP Laurel Heights in an MM Iconic Legend along with a glass of cider.

Relaxing after a wonderful salad, chicken legs and sugar snap peas dinner with strawberries for dessert. I've a third of a bowl left of year 2019 C&D Yorktown in a smooth medium bend 2021 Peterson POTY Terracotta 4AB No.108/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. Community Coffee, neat, is my drink. Started cleaning the 1923 Dunhill.

Well, two rather lovely things have happened today. First, whilst browsing in a charity shop, I stumbled across a beautiful, mint conditioned 1978 edition of The Hobbit, complete with colour illustrations. Second, my Bartoli freehand, which I stupidly sold, regretted selling, then subsequently bought back, is now being smoked anew by myself as I read the Hobbit in the early spring sunshine of my garden. I do think Tolkien would be pleased.
