A Black and Mild hehehehehe! We then went to the shop and got a sample of "Smoke on the Water" Holy God it was awesome. I bought a few ounces of it. all in all it was a great day!

I'm just doing one 5# Pork Butt, so I'm using the 18.5" Weber Kettle. It uses a whole lot less charcoal than the darn WSM. Set up the way it is, the Kettle makes a damn good Smoker by itself.

What will you eat, Rob?
Pulled Pork sandwiches, Brother! It just went on, so by about 5:00 pm it'll come off and be pulled.
I meant, what will you eat if I come by... that's just enough for me. ;)

Do you put cole slaw on your sandwiches? Or is that just a Georgia/Carolina thing? I love it!
