Now smoking the current Three Nuns tinned version in a 2001 smooth full bend St. Patrick's Day Peterson 03.

Almost finished with Anniversary Kake in a 1980 Stanwell 668 medium bend, half rusticated, half smooth, rough top. Waiting in my ashtray is G&H Dark Birdseye in an old Barling straight Exel 249 Fossil T.V.F.

A nice bowl of Davidoff Red with a Ketel One martini to celebrate completing my fourth pipe!

Maiden Voyage smoke! Last winter I acquired an unsmoked Pre Republic Peterson 999, marked Dublin and London - Made in Ireland. Though the pipe was virgin, the P lip stem was badly oxidised from age, and I don't like P lips anyhow, so I sent it off to have a new acrylic stem made for it. The pipe just returned home and it's amazing, will post pics tomorrow. Christening her with some Uhle's 00, sipping some Earl Grey White from Teavana, a bit of Calvados on the side. 8)

From George ?
Yes, the master. He had to cut it from rod stock acrylic because the shank was too fat for a pre molded stem. He dubbed it the Sumo Shank 8) . George is just amazing. Will have to get on the computer tomorrow and post pics, the iPad doesn't like the forum pic server.
