Couldn't sleep, so I smoked a bowl of Old Companion in a slight bend 1984 Stanwell Antique 124 grain etched with a smooth front, followed by H&H Mohawk River in a 1979 rusticated medium bend Italian Sir Jeffrey Dublin.
Some old C&D 109S generously bombed on me by brothah Carlos, wherein the "S" stands for Syrian. Apparently it's C&D's famous #109, Home From The Hills—Description: "Cubed Burley, Cyprian Latakia, Perique and bright Virginia beckon you to rest and enjoy."—but with Syrian substituted for the Cyprian Latweed.
Anyhow, it's a stout, spicy smoke, made eminently mellow courtesy of my trusty old Bauer Calabash.
As soon as I finish smoking Sugar Barrel in a 2012 Rekamepip made Sugar Barrel pipe, I'm going to commit BoB heresy and smoke a big year 2001 La Gloria Cubana cigar from a certain foreign country. Haven't smoked a cigar in about 4 months.
