One of the Dream Team combos -- a ca. 1950s Parker "Straightgrain A" billiard

dedicated since he de-toxed it (at that time) to Embarcadero.

FVF!

Never really been much of a fan of this, despite it's legend and reputation.

Well, today might have been a turning point.....

Had a sample of this which was well aged. Rubbed it out and left to dry for about 6 hrs, since it was very moist.

The feel was not quite bone dry by this time, but dry as in the usual presentation of PS blends, if you get the reference.

Loaded up a trusty pipe which smokes everything well - my Sav 1/2 bent "David's Choice", which I got from Old Morris tobacconist in Victoria, BC back in '97.

Had a most enjoyable experience for something like 3/4 hr.

Rich, full bodied, and chocolaty. Very tasty.

Looks like the turning point on this. Maybe I finally get it!

Had 2 more cobs with Anni Kake then an MM Diplomat with Troost Special Cavendish and more coffee. Now doing a backup on my aging 350Gb HDD so I can later Clone it to the new Crucial 512Gb SSD, enjoying the Wagner Bamboo Shank with Orlik Golden Slices...

Been raining here on and off, decided to keep working on cloning the laptop's drives and took Levi for a walk around the neighborhood and enjoyed 1/2 bowl of Anni Kake in a MM Egg shape bent, put the battery for the SL500 on hold.

Peter Heinrich Curly in an Ashton billiard with a cup of breakfast tea. Hoping Chelsea can pull off another "just barely" victory...

Decided on a change of pace since the cloning is still going on. :( Grabbed some Royal Scot and the Jess Chonowitsch Bamboo Shank Billiard, smoked a wee wet so I put the leather Savinelli Zippered Pipe Bra on it and will leave it for a DTG which should make it perfect.
