, yes it's ivIG infusion day. Part of the hilarity of what I'm about to type comes from said cloud, the other part of it is that I do in fact have a twisted, not sick mind you,  sense of humor. I find it quite funny that I am smoking a tobacco named for an unfortunate teacher that has lost their hair in a pipe named after an animal that has lost its head!
