This went on the little smoker (14.5" Weber Smokey Mountain) this morning, since I finally had a full day off. 8)
No reason to use the larger one for a single pork butt. The small model is very efficient and fuel usage (lump hardwood charcoal) is minimal.

It's 21:10 CDT and having another bowl of some three year old Orlik GSF in an A.Garfinkle apple I got in D.C. back in the early '70s. Forgot how GOOD this one is !! :twisted: :twisted:
