Long day!! Getting my final pipe full ready. It's going to be my Sunday last smoke, only have about 4.5 oz. of what I think is the finest pipe tobacco ever blended :cheers: :cheers:

Preparing Strang, I rub some fine slices out well and also layer with a few thin coin size slices when filling my pipe. But first, I just let this fabulous tobacco sit in one of my tobacco trays for about 20 to 30 minutes to breathe and air dry. I find this wonderful rope smokes best when a bit on the dry side. Brings out the flavor and the overall complexity.

The one and only MOTZEK STRANG in my Ardor Urano Oom Paul Pipe. This is a match made in HEAVEN :!: :!:

The original Motzek Strang is a far superior blend to any tobacco I've smoked since, that's saying allot.

Black Frigate in my custom made O'Donnel Algerian briar partially rusticated poker pipe with an orange/black marble effect Cumberland stem. Purchased from Kearney Kobz, he also makes custom cobs and pipes made from different hardwoods. The quality and craftsmanship is excellent and in my opinion his prices are very ( to cheap ) reasonable.
