My simple anytime blend when aged for a minimum of 1 year happens too also be one of my top 10 favorites:

C&D Bayou Night 60% and Lane Burley & Black 40% aged just over 1 year. I smoke this like a FREIGHT TRAIN and absolutely NO bite. I pack the pipe firm 3/4 of the way and get close to a 60 minute very enjoyable smoke.

Pipe of choice: Savinelli Series III UNFINISHED BILLIARD pipe. Has 11 huge fills but it's a superb smoking pipe. I did finish the briar with Bee's wax and mineral oil mixture. I've smoked this pipe over 300 times and the briar now developed a dark chocolate color. But the fills still stand out.

KEEP ON PUFFING!!!

Not far from finishing this bowl of Jim’s B Blend in a smooth 1998 Parker 489 three quarter bend Billiard with a black vulcanite stem.

Part way through this bowl of Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem. Simply Orange is my drink.

Newminster #400 Superior Navy Flake, well rubbed out and rested in a tobacco tray for the last hour. Aged for just over 4 years, this flake is better with at least 3 years of aging.

Pipe of choice: Restored LHS Bing style smooth very dark brown Billiard bowl with a silver band. This pipe is in like new condition.

KEEP ON PUFFING!!!

C&D Billy Budd bulk version aged just over 5 years in my rusticated/partially carved T. Cristiano Canadian pipe.

Now smoking Dunbar In a smooth straight Lane era Charatan Executive Extra Large stretch apple with diagonal channel cuts on the lower right and left of the bowl along with a black vulcanite double comfort stem. This pipe was formerly owned by actor William Conrad. For thirty years, I have coveted the thought of owning one of Conrad's pipes. Conrad had one of the greatest Charatan collections in the world, and also know for his fine acting and directing in radio and television for the better part of six decades. I never thought I'd ever have the opportunity to own one of his pipes, but thanks to my buddy Sablebrush, I finally do!

HH Old Dark Fired ( 2012 ) well rubbed and rested in a tobacco tray for an hour. Now packing my restored LHS smooth chubby Scoop pipe with a silver band and a wide stem.

KEEP ON PUFFING!!!
