Getting my butt handed to me by a homemade rope of burley, some indigenous Rustica, and Maryland. Using a pipe.
 
A third of the way through this bowl of C&D Old Joe Krantz in a 2003 medium bend straight grain Viggo Nielsen sitter with a Cumberland-like acrylic stem. Ice water and bergs is my evening drink.
 
A blend of FOUR different C&D Burley tobacco's aged for just over 5 years in a H.S. Studio sandblasted well balanced very dark brown bowl sitter poker pipe.
An upwards two tone black/brown shank with a bent stem.

C&D Sansepolcro in a BriarWorks Handmade dark sandblasted bent squashed apple with green/black cumberland stem




This pipe appears to have changed hands at least a few times before I received it from a seller on eBay.  A google search revealed it was available from the fine folks at SmokingPipes.com in their estate section, and they described the shape as if "...the old Roley/vest-pocket pipe shape and a stubby Blowfish design had a baby..."  I have a particular fondness for the compact forms the talented carvers in Nashville create.
 
Granger, over 35 years old in a MM Country Gentleman pipe. Granger was the only tobacco my grandfather smoked for over 60 years. This last pipe full of the day is for you and all the fond memories. Rest In Peace.

D&R Raccoon’s Friend in a 1984 three quarter bend medium brown Ascorti KS Business Dublin with a black acrylic stem.
 
2012 Louisiana Red in a 2003 medium bend Nording 4 rough top sitter with a small rusticated area at the top left and a with a black vulcanite stem.
 
Watch City Slices in a 1979 straight smooth Dr. Grabow Grand Duke 45 pot with a black stem.
 
Just finished smoking Sir Walter Raleigh in a medium bend 2002 MM Legend cob with a black stem.
 
The last of my open stash of Uhle’s 00 in a 1986 full bend pebble relief Aldo Velani Titan 33 briar Oom Paul/Calabash with a black acrylic stem that has a briar accent.
