Today was McC's Oriental #6 in a Rad Davis and then Reiner LFG in a Stanwell shape 30.

DGT'd a bit o' the Reiner LGF in the Stannie, then on to another bowl of LFG in a Kaywoodie CW. Started on a bowl of Solani ABF in a Brissett, but realized my bald spot was getting sunburt and decided to set the pipe aside until later in the day! :lol: :cheers:

Muddler Has decided that I need my pipe education broadened so he has decided to give me various "hard core" baccies to try.
I pulled him a fat zap with SG BLACK XX KENDALL TWIST but the latest arrival is " C&D OLD JOE CRANTZ"

Welllllllll........ hit it in one of Muddlers Tsuge Arashi's that still needs to be re done. It is a big ass Red Freehand with bowl
size to match!

Made a fresh cuppa after dinner and proceeded with this 2ton piece of lumber to my arm chair on the patio...... It's a burley and a damn fine one at that. The first hit was huge...... my sinus cavity astro traveled and and have still not returned...... It has a nic kick of note and once the Eagle had firmly landed on planet Nicotine, the Buzz was on. Reality faded, my ears picked up muffled sounds and everything slowed down. This stuff is not for the faint at heart. I can put away 15 Chesterfields on a bad day so Nicotine and I have a long standing history.
It felt like a good weed trip back at art school in the mid 90's......... I slid down in the armchair and suddenly saw 2 cups of coffee....... The last time I checked I had 1. They both tasted great. It was round about here pins and needles started tingling from my head and I could feel it run down my body............ Stoned 101 has started!!

It did mellow as I got further down the bowl and the sharp edges of the baccy came off as it stoved it's way down the chamber.
This is a great smoke and I really enjoyed the pipe and baccy combination....... when you are stoned, East (TSUGE) Meets West (C&D) in Africa and you have pure bliss.
This is a must try........ If you wake up in the morning and feel depressed about another mundane day at the office, I suggest you hit a bowl of this stuff with 2 double espresso's ......... you'll love life!!!

I really enjoyed this smoke and will definitely be getting me some of this stuff!
MR. MUDDLER..... thanks bud! If you think you are getting your TSUGE back you have another thing coming......

Nice - got to love a good, strong Burley! Certainly one of C&D's better Burley blends (and if you haven't had it yet, it would be well worth trying Haunted Bookshop as well).

Plus, the three different continent thing you had going on there is quite humbling indeed when you think about it!
