I miss the Old Mill offerings. The owner, a former chef, really enjoyed putting together a menu every month.

Been a while. Found in a drawer a group of three tins. I could not resist opening one. WOW! Old Mill Rat *******. Jumped right through my nose and into the backs of my eyes. Really lit me up.

While cleaning out a box of old desk stuff, I ran across some misc snuff I saved in several 1 oz glass sample jars wrapped in a ziplock bag. Opening them up I found they were still moist and aromatic.

I also found a sample baggie of OM Melba Toast. Took a couple bumps and was amazed at the flavor it still packs! RIP Chef Daniel, you made some awesome snuff.
