What's your poison when smoking?

In the morning coffee or Earl Gray tea. In the evening Guiness or some other dark beer. Occassionaly Chevas Regal or Jameson but I usually reserve those for a cigar.

Good coffee every morning with my morning bowl, and usually a libation with my evening bowl; beer, bourbon on the rocks, bourbon without the rocks, bourbon out of the bottle, what ever you're buying, I'm easy. SWMBO and I enjoy a martini or G&T during warmer weather, but gin just doesn't go well with the tobaccos I smoke for some odd reason.

Out packing I'll often make tea in the evening with my pipe as well. But I do have to have something to sip with my pipe, seldom will I smoke without something to drink, just doesn't taste right to me.

I usually drink mineral water, for sparkling I like perrier and still Ty Nant from Wales.

Mostly tea because it doesn't interfere with the taste and cleanses the palate. That and I like tea. Slightly sweetened iced tea if I want something cool, a nice mid range oolong if I want something hot.

A nice Heiney on a hot summers day or a good Irish Whiskey, Bushmills, on a cooler day or afternoon.
Coffee early in the morning and tea in the afternoon.

Like many of you, I enjoy a good hot cup of black coffee, especially with a latakia heaay blend.

In the evening, either a glass of sweet tea or sometimes Jack Daniels on the rocks.
